Assurance Plan

The quality assurance department all important quality functions and performs the following activities.

MATERIAL CONTROL
This system controls the quality of all the incoming material as per the raw material test certificate of material. Randomly checking in each size for chemicals physical property at government approved laboratory.

WELDING OF WELDED FITTINGS
Proper fitups are ensured before welding as per approved

WPS-PQR.NDT like D.P after root run and final run after heat treatment of the fittings final checking is done as per customers requirement.

MACHINERY AND DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy necessary gauges and callipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.

CERTIFICATES AND SUPPLIMENTRY TEST
Fittings are supplied with test certificate as per approved QAP. Test certificates incorporate chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness, ultrasonic test, Radiography test and stemping details.
